🌟 IMCG F-6/2 Shines at Intercollegiate Muqaddama-e-Kashmir Competition 2026! 🌟
On February 3, 2026, Islamabad Model College for Girls (ST-25, F-6/2) hosted the powerful Muqaddama-e-Kashmir event in our auditorium as part of Federal Directorate of Education’s Kashmir Solidarity Day series. Students and teachers kicked off with a heartfelt human chain in the lawn and corridors, waving Pakistani & Kashmiri flags and placards for freedom. Honorable guests, faculty members, students and Principal Prof. Aaliya Durrani, Vice Principals Ms. Asma Maqbool Niazi & Ms. Tasneem Kousar, and Headmistress Ms. Iram Aziz, joined in solidarity.
🇵🇰🇰🇲The competition began with beautiful Quran recitation by Khadija tul Kubra (8th B) and Naat-E-Rasool E Maqbool by Amna Sadiq (9th A). Moderator Ms. Riffat Sultana (HOD Pak Studies) set the stage, emphasizing awareness on the Kashmir issue’s history and sensitivity.13 teams from various IMCGs turned it into a mock courtroom drama, spellbinding arguments on Kashmir’s past, struggles, and solutions. While judges deliberated, Amna Sadiq & group sang a moving song on Kashmiri atrocities. 🎤❤️
Our Chief Guest was renowned activist Madam Shameem Shawl UN awardee, voice for Kashmiri rights.

Judges praised everyone, with Mr. Wani sharing Kashmir’s strategic history & poetry, Mr. Mannan Wani reciting his heartfelt verses, and Ms. Sobia Shawl sharing personal stories. Deputy Director General FDE Dr. Yaseen Afaqui graced the event too.

Chief Guest Ms. Shameem urged making Kashmir part of syllabi & prayers peaceful efforts for freedom
